An ash-covered creamy goat's cheese from La Chapelle Thireuil.

 

Burren Gold Smoked

A creamy gouda style cheese produced from the local Aillwee Caves.

 

Ardrahan


Semi-soft, washed rind cheese made by Mary Burns on her farm in Kanturk, Co. Cork. Wonderful nutty farmhouse flavour, available plain or smoked.

 

Cashel Blue


Delicious blue veined creamy cheese made by Louise Grubb and family in Featherd, Co. Tipperary. Best matured for a few months. The cooking cheese is the same product only in a different form and ideal for heating.

 

Cooleeny

Excellent Camembert type cheese from Tipperary. Ripens to a very full taste.

 

Bluebell Falls


A rich creamy goat's cheese from Inagh Co. Clare.

 

Gubbeen

A delicate, nutty flavored, semi-soft cheese with a lovely peachy rind. Available plain or smoked. Produced by Gianan Ferguso.
